artsup.co.uk has been designed with students and beginners in mind. We appreciate the initial cost and on-going replacement of materials can be expensive and so have developed this site to provide high quality products at low prices. Every price quoted by artsup.co.uk will be below the Recommended Retail Price that you can expect to pay on the High Street. We can do this because we operate on-line and don’t have excessive overheads, and therefore can pass those saving directly on to you.

We aim to give the best service possible and meet our customer’s needs, quickly, efficiently and cost-effectively. We will always carry a large range of stock but if you are looking for art supplies that we are not currently featuring, please contact customer services who will endeavor to get you exactly what you want…or will suggest the next best thing.

How to use the artsup.co.uk website

Our site has been set up for ease of navigation. Simply decide the medium or products that you want, click on the appropriate button and scroll though our range. Select the item that you wish to buy and click to add it to your shopping cart. Add as many items as you wish to your shopping cart (you can remove them later if you change your mind!) You can view your shopping cart at any time and see your current total costs and how many items there are in your cart.

You can click on the ‘Check Out’ button at any time; this will take you to the ‘Check Out’ page where you will see an order summary of your shopping cart. You can change the quantity of any items or you can ‘Remove’ items from your ‘Cart’. When you are happy with your choice, click the ‘Check Out’ button and this will take you to the ‘Secure Transaction’ area of the website. Simply enter the required information and click ‘Continue’ and enter the address you wish your order to be delivered to.

You will see a summary of your order and delivery details. Review the details and, when you are satisfied with your order, click ‘Continue’ to begin the check out process.

When you are finished simply click on the button and your order will be dispatched to you as soon as possible. We will keep you informed by e-mail on the progress of your delivery.

Shipping, handling and delivery charges

UK Delivery Charges:
The delivery cost of each article has been calculated to ensure that you only pay a postal charge for the products that you have ordered. Packaging and postage fees have been included in this calculation. You will see the delivery cost on the ‘check out’ page.

Overseas Delivery Charges:
Deliveries outside of the mainland UK to European destinations will be charged an additional fee of £9.99 postage and packing.

artsup.co.uk aims to process and dispatch UK orders within 48 hours, we will send deliveries by 'signed for' Royal Mail letter post which will normally deliver within 1-3 days. Whilst small items are sent by letter post, larger items (usually over 2kgs or oversized) are sent by Parcel Post which usually delivers within 3-5 working days. Depending upon availability and during busy periods like Christmas and school holidays some deliveries may take longer.

Every care has been taken to ensure that our website offers our customers a safe shopping experience. artsup.co.uk uses a secure server connection. Your credit card details are encrypted (scrambled). Credit and debit card details are used only once per transaction and, following authorisation by your card issuer, are not stored on our web server or retained with customer data.

Your e-mail address will be retained on computer in order to advise you of the progress of your deliveries.

Privacy policy

artsup.co.uk will not disclose or sell your details, provided by you as part of any sales transaction, to any third-party. We will contact you by e-mail following your initial order to ask if you would like us to keep you advised about any special offers / new ranges that become available. If you do not wish to be contacted your e-mail address will be removed from our database.

Our Guarantee

artsup.co.uk sources all of its products from reputable wholesalers & manufacturers. If any products are not suitable for the purpose for which they were purchased, then they can be returned with 14 days for a full refund providing they are unused and with their original packaging.
